So far, some of Trump’s worst excesses have been blocked by courts. Now the courts themselves are under attack. A bill against ” activist federal judges” has already been passed by the House of Representatives, and is under consideration by the Senate.

If we lose this one, we are in major trouble.

Write or call our Senator Padilla about the The No Rogue Rulings Act (NORRA) of 2025, which aims to limit the authority of U.S. district courts to issue nationwide injunctions, particularly in cases involving actions by the executive branch and ask him to oppose this bill.

I urge Senator Padilla to vote no against the No Rogue Rulings Act (NORRA) of 2025. After suffering numerous losses in the courts while trying to implement unconstitutional executive orders, Trump is now trying to rewrite court rules in his favor. America was based on having three equal co-branches of government so that no one branch would have the power to take over. The NORRA bill is an attack on that fundamental principle and must be defeated.
